How to output sound from DigiTurk HD channels on DM 800

I cannot get sound from some of the Digiturk HD channels like Dizimax HD, Mmax HD and Lig Tv HD on DM 800. However, the sound comes through nicely on Pc with the help of VLC player. Is there any solution to get it directly from DM 800?

Czech rep.
Could be AC3 sound option as default. When AC3 is ON, channels include AC3 sound not working for normal sound output.
I do not know if I am right but it is my experince.
