How to shift on VPS?

Sorry my crystal ball must be a little cloudy this evening would you care to give fuller explanation of what you have and what you want to do with it....... otherwise how can anyone assist you, unless we are supposed to guess what it is you want to know how to do
 
I want to shift my server from my direct IP to VPS dedicated server so that rather than IP of my home show where my server is placed it show Ip of that VPS which keep on changing with time :D
 
Well I would start by contacting one the the VPS providers have you tried googling for one?
