How to use Gold Card eeproms

Hi All,

Sorry if I’m posting in the wrong forum, but I’m looking for information on how to use “gold cards” in general. I have an application where I could really use the eeprom memory on a gold card if I could access it through a serial port from an external micro (pic).

Can anyone point me in the direction of some source code for the gold card pic to transfer data between the eeprom and the gold card pic serial pad?

I’m not looking for any information about how you guys crack OnDig stuff, just the underlying transport methods.

If there's an application for a goldcard, there's probably a piece of software written to deal with it. You may have more luck with your question on Duwgati's site, he will also have some fairly serious hacking links. http://satpages.sat4all.com/
