can anyone tell me how to permently delete channels on the 7020. i have no problems deleting them by pressing the up button highlight the channel press menu then delete but every time i switch off my box ,come back to it later and switch on, the channels are all back very frustrating there must be away can anyone help thanks.

Do you mean from a bouquet? Download it your PC and use DB Edit and then reupload it to your DB.

is there no way of just deleting from the dreambox completly without using a pc.
