huge problem with matrix cam

hello i have bought this cam zcas 1.0 version.so i have inserted in receiver but it has no menu for entering the keys.what is wrong?does it need to be patched or i need reborn soft?whats wrong?how can i decrypt channels?where is the menu?
 
Have you spoken to the dealer that supplied you with the CAM.

If it was preloaded then they should be guaranteeing the firmware.
 
yes they say that it has official soft and they guarantee everything until i patch it.when i patch this cam i have no guarantee more,but i hope patching will make everything in order
