Yes, it's a shame that the original privately created Wiki was overtaken by events and subsumed into officialdom.

The .pdf you have kindly drawn attention to is ok as far as it goes, but isn't as detailed as what went before.

That said, it covers the basics fairly well.

Edit: And as I was going through the process of making it "Sticky", lo it was already done!
