Humax HDCI 2000 setup problem

Hi been trying to set my Hdci 2000 upto motorised dish. The disec 1.2 motor works fine in manual mode and has enabled me to find Astra 19.2 Astra 28.2 and Hotbird store location and do a channel search for said sattalites. The problem i have is the dish won't move automatically say changing from techila on astra to Thai global net on Hotbird . The screen says please wait for the dish to finish moving but it doesn't move. All sats have been enabled and location stored it just won't index automaticaly.

What motor are you using?
Is the receiver set up for Diseq 1.2 or USALS?
When you say "manual mode", do you mean moving the dish from the receiver or from the motor itself?
 
It's Diseq 1.2 and it moves on the motor setting page from the reciever only
