Help Required Humax HDR-1010S Sound Problem

Iv just got this box.. It's great only problem is the sound is louder on HD channels. Very very low on normal channels how can I make it so the sound is the same on both iv been told it's dolby surround sound & to turn it off but there is no fetcher to do this not even on my TV menu.. Please help thank anyone

I have the earlier model and there is a difference in volume between the HD and SD channels but it's slight. What I have found is that the volume control on the Humax remote only reduces the SD channels, the HD channels remain at max, so check that the Humax volume is at maximum and only use the TV remote to alter volume. The mute button still works on HD channels though.
