Hi,
I live in Jersey and just installed my new Humax HDR with a new dish (90cm) and a quad LNB to make the most of it. My problem is that the dish wasn't aligned before I installed the HDR. According to the book, I needed to get transponder 11428 H 27500 A with stable levels for both signal quality and strength to more than 50%. I actually manage to get them both to 100%
yet the box fails the Freesat detection O-st. More puzzling is that I can get other channels (including CNN) so I'm at a loss here. Has anyone got an idea about what to do next? Thanks
