Humax IRCI-5400 nearly dead

Symptom: display, on switching on : H2.08 (time ?) then three continuous blinking dots.

Checked SMPS psu voltages- all ok and within range.
Manual says check volages on U200, but unable to pin point it on the pcb. It should be on the power board.

Any suggestions please ?
 
If it is the first generation it is worth repairing, but it is almost fifteen year old design. A lot is out there for pennies on eBay that works better.

If I recall I upgraded mine because it ran out of channel capacity (ten years ago)
