hydra in usb stick

guys i installed hydra in usb stick, wanted to download Camd3
pressed the green key in remote control....from the menu...gone to download
cams ... pressed on Camd3 .......it says please wait downloading Camd3
lasted for long time finally ..nothing.....the fact that the image in a memory stick
is there any prior steps to do before downloading anything.

No - can you dowload anything?

Try updating the control panel.

yes pressed The_Hydra SetUp...it says latest control panel [15.2]
pressed it....waited waited...it says please wait downloading......it think took
long time so i pressed exit......there is some thing missing !!!!

please advice
 
Are you sure the receiver can access the Internet?

Can you see the box from your PC?

I take it the box is connected via Ethernet to a roter and your broadband modem or is it through your PC?

Why are you updating the SCAM is something not working?

Sometime the updated SCAMs don't make any apparent difference to what you can watch....

If it isn't broke - don't fix it!
 
i am connect directly to pc via a cross over cable
yes i can see the db in pc.
in the control panel setup it says latest update [15.2]
i thought that is to old...
is the image file i upload to usb stick old

What Hydra image is it?

The last one was Phoenix the older ones will no longer update over the Internet.

Phoenix is a few months old but still updates CP etc.

i have gemini in usb stick.....pressed the blue key..Addons...download and install..got this msg...Can't resolve hostname??....pressed ok...all i got empty window on the top
writen Download.


so i cannot update or download any cams

any tips

You got to watch TV as well, not only change images ;-)
