i can update densat receiver

hi all im mrnazam from ksa i have other receiver now im use densat i can watch sports channel (espn) receiver model DSR-7400
im useing nilsat sait any body help me

Don't know your stb, is it using an emulator or a cam or is it card sharing?
If the latter you need to speak to the people you bought it from
