i cant get my sky hd card to work

I am trying to get my sky HD card to work in my DM800 HD to work i have put the box key but still no luck . the sport and movies will not work
when i had my blue card i did convert the box key and i got the card working fine but now with this white card its not working
is there a different way with HD card or am i just doing something wrong

Hi mate

If u have your boxkey in your cfg and it's not opening up. Would def say you have the wrong boxkey there is certain tuts to do this with a calculator as online generators are dangerous.is Cccam working in the background.

thanks for the replay
yes cccam working as i said only the sport and the movie channels are nor working .i though the problem is with the box key
and i wanted to make sure that HD cards dont work diffrenet to the others

If it's in your cfg is ok and Cccam is working there should be no probs. Def sounds like your box key is wrong.
