I don't find load dragon on my topfield! Please HELP !!!

Hi

I have a topfield 5000PVR a dragon cam and a dragon loader card. When i put it in the topfield i can't find in the menu "load dragon" like it's specified on the tutorial. Does someone who have a topfield can help me ? Thank you so much. Ciao. Edouard
 
So what options does your Common Interface menu have?
 
I'have tried all... You have a topfield ?
My menu is
System settings (Time,timer,parental,language)
Channels (organize, favorites,)
Recording (sat, progreamm...)
Installation (LNB, channel search,motorized,USUAL,firmaware
Information (.REC, calendear)
Common interface (slot 1 et 2) but here i can see predator 3.07 but when i go in i don't find load dragon or something like !!

Have the same problem with my technomate 5500ci super, sometimes. Usually fixed by putting loader card in cam and inserting, and then momentarily switching off dsr and restarting. The menu then shows Dragon load.
