i got a huge problem please help me

hello everyone ....
first of all i am really really a noob in recivers updating and flashing or whatever
and i think that i did something really dumb...
i have strong srt 4622x and i purchased it before 2 days...
it has an usb socket ...so i downloaded the latest sofware " *stb file " and i put in into my flash disk...then i pluged my flash into the reciever...after that i choose data transfer and i click ok ....
after that the reciver DEAD....
no lamp no numbers .... NOTHING
what can i do :*(
please help
 
What has your supplier said to you about the download ?
 
His stb looks a dead ringer for a TM CH. Been reading a few posts on other forums where the top box go's dead after a failed attempt of patching.

If its reloaded with the correct firmware, it resuscitate's the box!

I fond a way to make it work again !!!

I've downloaded the SW from

and used the serial COM port NOT the USB
and thank God it works !!!
