it keeps freezing and its annoying and i have an issue with the remote
i do think its a clone becaus of the Dream logo which s different that the ones on the Dreambox site

so are clones full of issues and really bad ? should i get rid of it ?

I have a clone 500s myself and am very happy with it. I use Gemini 4.2 and CCCAM 2.1.0

I have a clone with EDG 4.4 and it works just fine;)

Clones are usually rather good, reflash it and change batteries in the remote.:)

Stay away from Gemini over 4.2:-Nooo

also when you say freezing I'm guessing it could just be the server your connecting to. Have you checked it on a lan with a local card?

Yup if its freezing when the keys change thats nothing to do with your DM. Thats a poor server you are connected to :D
