i need help on Vu+ duo

hi,

I bought the Vu+ duo 2 weeks ago and everything is fine. My only problem is when i try to record. the hardisk seems to stop working and i have to initialize it again and obviously deletes the things i recorded the day before.

What make & model of hard drive, which image?

Some hard drives won't play with certain images for some unknown reason.

Image ???

Try installing a different image.

Have a look over at the Vix teams forum. There is a list of Hard Drives that are known to work OK with the Vu+
