i need help!

hi guys, i am a complete nOOb in this. i have a Engel ES1100 but the sattelite guy changed the software to Manhattan. i have a Matrix Reloaded U-CAS CAM. can someone please tell me how to descramble channels i pay about £5. a month to reload the card and now i cant watch any channel i have hotbird 13e.

any help will be highly apreciated.

investing in a card writer and a fun card to load the cam might help but the tps and multis have been opening on hotbird so you should have some viewing available you can also change the keys with the remote if they get changed so it might pay to look into it

i have the infinity pheonix programer its pretty easy to work and i would recomend them to anybody but as for the cards it depends what cam or receiver you've got so a little more info might help

I think you are way off beam for even the wide Hotbird transmissions

What sized dish do you have ?
Is it mesh or solid?
What type of LNB?

I am leaving with in the border of wide beam area.
I have a 2.4 meter solid dish with 0.5db noice ku band Lnbf and Zenega receiver (Manufactured by Handan broad com.Korea) ,I read the TELE-SATELLITE International magazine in the edition of December 2005 in questions and answers, Hotbird recepition would be possible with 2.5 meter dish antenna in south India ( chennai)
