i only can view fta channels

My Satellite Setup
I have 500dm s cccam emu on gemini server

Hello everybody
I am new to this forum and looking for some assistance.
I have db500s with cccam emulator and gemini image preinstalled.
It worked perfectly well until few days ago when it stopped.
I can't open any pay tv channels accept fta.
my db is connected to the net via router and there are not any problem.
I checked the network set up and it seems okay.
I believe there is problem on server side but i cant figure it out.
Anyone ever had this or similar problem?If yes please assist me.

Presumably its set up for a card share system. The most likely explanation for the problem is your server is off line for some reason. Contact your supplier as there is nothing anyone else can do for you.

problem solved.it was inactive c line in config file.
