ican someone give me instruction.problem with infinity usb phoenix

i have the infinity usb phoenix and my problem is that i can program the titanium card.when i put the card inside(Cardprogger1.9.0 )and press the green button write ATR : No ATR !
unsupported Titanium OS found.
i thing i do something wrong in the conection with the pc can someone give me instruction from the begining
 
If your Card is programmed, the message will show insupported OS, it means a programmed card are not readable by the program, the only way to read the card is use erase button to init the card.
