Immage Freeze

Hi, I am using a dreambox DVB800 HD PVR. I have being having problems with freezing of the picture. Tonight I watched tv from 8pm to 10-50 and it was perfect. From 10-50 on it was freezing every say 15-20 seconds. This is a new box approximately 2 months old. I wouls love some definitive assistance. I have now turned it off for 20 mins to see if the problem is over-heating. It does not have a fan. Thank you. Joseph.

Unfortunately your post is not specific enough to enable members to give an answer, Astra has more than one satellite in more than one orbital location. What were you watching? which satellite? is it a subscription channel? Do you have a subscription? are you card sharing?
