Install not succesful

My Satellite Setup
DM500s and windows Xp
My Location
Malta
I am tring to install a new channel list for my DM 500S via the blue button add ons and I can see the channel list but when I click yes to install I get this message.
INSTALL NOT SUCCESFUL
Can someone pls help me as I am new to the world of dreambox and don`t know what to do

Have you set it up on your home network and got its IP address set up correctly?
