Hello,

Not sure if I posted this in the correct section....

I have just installed my FREESAT box in Cologne, Germany.

Everything is connected correctly, although the dish is not in the 100% right direction for Astra 2D. However even when I try to connect to the "local" satelittes (Eurobird & Astra 19.2deg) I only get a signal intensity of 45% and quality of 5%

Can anyone suggest anything to try and how I can check the LNB is working correctly.

Would it possible to get a lend of another sat receiver? Maybe ask your neighbour!!!

You need to align the dish onto Astra2/Eurobird to get a signal for 'freesat'.

What dish size do you have and how are you aligning the dish?
