Hi everyone

I am a bit new to this, but here goes!
I installed my own dish over 1 year ago now & all was fine, German Tv for the misses, everyone was a winner! - but yesterday my next door neighbour had a new dish installed, since then no German TV (Astra 19.2e) - the screen shows no signal being received. So in short would this new dish be interfering with the signal for mine. The current position of theirs is about 1.5 metres diagonally above mine (I'm guessing theirs is for Astra 2 - it follows the others in the street!)

Sounds very much so. Either that or they've knocked it.

Yep, looks like the muppets have mounted the dish directly in your line of sight. They'll have to move it, or move yours higher.

Why do so called "installers" do such stupid things surely they could see their is a dish next door pointing slightly differently to the one they are installing! Cowboys!
