Installing KU Off Set dish on to Polar Mount.

My Satellite Setup
fixed,polar mount and C band dish.
My Location
south africa
For the above installation do i still need to set a downward tilt(declination angle),or do i only need to set my Latitude main angle.
 
Not if you are positioned directly on the equator.
