I have this unit and it works ok, but it is set to factory settings and dose not contain the digiturk satellite which I think is eutelsat w3a at 7 degrees east in the original set up. I intend to use this unit in Turkey and therefore need to connect to the digiturk satellite (as the common dish is set up for digiturk). I have connected up to hotbird and tried to update the software but keep getting connection failed try again later, I have also emailed Integra but have had no reply. Could anyone give me advise on how or where I can get a software update for this unit.
