Intelsat 15 was launched in November 2009 and entered service at 85E in early 2010. She replaced Intelsat 709 & has two main Ku band payloads. One covers eastern Europe and the Middle East with limited coverage into India , and the other one mainly covers Russia although our friends in northern India may be lucky enough to hget some coverage..
