Intelsat 26 is actually on 50.25° East with 4.3° inclination. For their claim of 50° East, Turksat has for a long time their promo running on above mentioned C-band transponder and also on 12512H 2222 (easy to get here during Clarke-belt transit).

Interesting is the arrival yesterday (according TLE data) of NSS 5 near 50.5° East. This might also be for Turksat, or for Thaicom that claims 50.5° East. Also it may be an addition or replacement to Sirius 3 at 51.2° East.

NSS 5 is SES owned, and came from 20° West. Launched in 1997 as Intelsat 803, later NSS 803. Inclination still just 0.3° so time is not too critical if something pops up.

Intelsat 26 moved from 50.25°E to 65.8°E in Sep 2013, then to 62.2°E in Oct 2015, and to 64.25°E in Aug 2016.
Since today back to 65.8°E (incl. 7.5°), probably just a spare.
Intelsat thinks life will last until Q2 2020, launch was in Feb 1997.
