According to the sat-obs site Intelsat 5 will soon move from 65.4E to 50E. Shes already inclined 0.6 degrees so theres not much life left.
50E has had a steady stream of broken down old satellites slotted there in over the last 10 years or so. Wonder who has rented this one? Turkey maybe? - they slotted "Anatolia 1" there donkeys years ago, which I logged with an analogue testcard on air in early 2001
