Slovenia
The only channel which is on this spot is Palestinian Satellite Channel on 11028 V DVB-S/MPEG-2 2530 3/4. Normaly signal is very on the edge here in Slovenia, today it is unbelievable strong, even 7.3 db.

Just scanning 18 west to see what else is active,
Only 11606 H DVB-S2/QPSK 12000 2/3 AOL data stream.
