Check all the satellites that are receivable in your location and if there is an internet provider on one of them.
You still need an ISP as it will be one way (receive) mode.
Also ask in local forums.
Even if it's a two-way dish setup you will need a phone line for initial signup for internet. Which you must already have since you posted here. I wasn't impressed with DirectPCs' company support. I had a modem go down and they never answered the phone after 45+ minute waits leaving me on hold. So I discontinued the charge to my account {which they didn't understand very well}.
StarBand and SkyBlue might still do internet, I'm not certain.
Just Google it and I'm sure you'll get a few good hits.
