Internet update?

I have the Hydra image on USB stick...

If I use the Internet update option in Hydra - latest PLI image.

Does it update the USB image or download it directly to the box?
 
I have the images on USB only the official image is on the box.

Updated to the PLi image this afternoon and it has installed on the box.

Back using the Hydra image (Phoenix) as I still think it's the best.

Can the PLi image download the goodies without using ftp?

Hydra can using the 'blue' button.
 
Hi Gameboy.

I can't see why not.

I have done similar ie Gemini2.60 on box upgraded to latest (newest) SFimage yesterday onto CF and that upgrades over net ok if not a bit long winded for me (ipk stuff).
Will try tomorrow perhaps with the PLi image if you get stuck mate.

Just need to know where to go and what to press to get the updates.

Have to admit I can use ftp but using the 'blue' button on Hydra is easier!

How's things in Bordeaux? don't get chance to visit as often now!
 
should all be there m8 press the button to get to common interphase then extras i think going of memory here should then let you d/l camds and K*ys

with no ftp ing

Did it today Gameboy with the 7020S, PLi, CF and direct network.
No problems and running on box as we speak.
Did load latest keys via ftp though so don't know if image downloads are kept upto date but I'm sure you can do that.

(PS Bordeaux is still the same except for a major Tramline network being put into place awaiting TGV from Paris in next 10 years (shame UK cant/won't plan for the future({}) ).
