Invacom have (from June 05 ) adjustable feedhorns (f/d) to suit their c120
LNB,s. Satellite Superstores in the uk,are selling them for about 40 quid.
Anybody got one yet?

Thats what i call a rip off :-rub

I wonder where they got the idea from :-laugh

Depends on where you live it seems, more interested in the performance than the price.

I reckon 40 quid for that feed is expensive by anyones standards..

Hi

I had a little giggle when this thread came up and I definitely see Iceman’s point of view, I was after all the sucker that paid too much!!

That said I should point out that the one I had fitted was (I believe) of Russian origin and not with the Invacom brand name - hence price.

Secondly - It REALLY does perform. My dish is a cheap 2.2m, but since I added the Invacom Quad and Feed horn it performs more like a quality 2.4m (C4, Sky Mix, All Movie Channels etc all 24/7 at the moment!). Can't be bad

Cheers

By the looks of the JPG posted on invacom site "their" feed is identical to the one you have purchased....I wouldnt be surprised if they had it mass produced at the same Russian plant.. :)

Dont tell me Invacom have produced this feed themselves after a research..
They probably decided to have it manufactured under their brand name after reading our positive reports and having it confirmed by their engineers. ;)

having said that....I would be interested to see what Invacom will ask for it when they start producing it after "mid June 2005"
Afterall the price we are arguing is what satellitesuperstore is asking for it and they do have a reputation of being on the expensive side. ;)

Most English sat-dealers are expensive i think, better buy stuff in Germany for private use.

Yes,if you get the stuff you ordered I agree!!! *LoL*

Satfuchs.de is really good, tried them two times and they deliver fast.

However they never answer emails but they do deliver what you ordered.

I bought an adjustable feedhorn from Invacom, hooked it up with an Invacom
quad LNB and the signal quality jumped up to 62% from 50%,on BBC1/BBC2
using a Humex receiver.
