Inverto Black Lnb

Yes, I like this dish. It is 1,8m offset Prodelin, USA made. I think you have lots of them at your side of the pond. Subreflector I attached myself, it is from another dish.

I have yet to see one. Most are prime focus that I have seen. Are those the gibertini and raven feedhorns? Just curious as I have a gibertini feedhorn on the way.

Which feedhorns are you asking about? I have only one original Prodelin feedhorn (gray). Another feedhorn (black) is from Gregorian antenna, and it comes together with subreflector.

Those are the ones I was referring to...nice setup all in all. Black inverto is doing well on my 1.2m dish and I will see how the gibertini feedhorn does with my invacom twf-031 lnb.

Did some tests today. Found almost no difference in performance of Red and White labeled IBUs. Results are posted here
I don't see an SNR test which is the important thing when it comes to resolving digital signals. Just tested again here and I'm seeing an average of 0.3dB across the spot beam transponders.

I also have records of dB's and SNRs. Will post them later

Here u can download rar file with all data I've got. Appreciate if somebody can draw some conclusions out of this data.

Did you manage to process the uk spot beams from your location?
I like your humor :)
To get UK beam I should start from at least 3 meters mirror (perhaps even bigger).

As there are no Astra 2E UK reception reports from Latvia on the AS map felt I just had to inquire ( a possible side lobe ).

Regards

UK beam is my goal, but not with this antenna. I will need really heavy stuff for that. Perhaps, by the time I install real BUD, UK beam will be transformed even more focused to UK.
