Hi Everyone,

I need to buy a LBN Twin (Two outputs) for the satellite Eutelsat 5 west A (ex-Atlantic Bird 3) for my 2 set top box in my house in Portugal (i have 2 tv).

I'm hesitating between the Inverto black ultra Twin (idlb-twnl40-ultra hgln) or the Opticum Twin lnb ltp-04h (the version with gold connectors).

Could you advise me which one is the best/you recommend ?

For information i have a dish of 60cm.

Thanks per advance for your help

I find the Opticum LQP 04 H Quad LNB to be a very good LNB for my setups. Not a big fan of the Black Ultra Twin or Quads, but their signal version is still the best I've tried, just beating the Opticum Quad too.

I have not tried the Opticum Twin version so can't say how it is but are you sure you don't want to put a quad in place for future expansion?

For 5W in Europe it doesnt matter what lnb you put on - its such a high power satellite you barely need the dish!

Put the cheapest one on.

Hmm, yes, scrap what I said and follow Analoguesat's advice. No point spending a lot on a signal that strong.

Even up here north, 5w always stable & strong, a 15 y old triax lnb on the far side of a t90, in rain:
