Inverto Twin Black Ultra flange conversion...!!

hi,
no guessing there m8 , i tryed to match as much as possible the original flange version witch fits perfectly with CM feed horn, by the way Inverto just came up with a new range of Flange LNBs called "Flange Black Pro" ,,you can find all details in their web site ( _www.inverto.tv ) , i already orderd couple ,,hopefully will get them very soon...mean while i have to wait for the weather to do more tests with the moded black ultra....regards

Hi pipino, did you get the flange black pro lnb,and by any chance have you tested it yet ? tried to get it from the shop at finestrat when i was over in march but he didnt know about it. havent seen it in uk yet either.

try places like sateuropa, they maybe able to get you one of them as they stock the range of inverto lnbs

Yeah i know but it's the Black Pro and not Ultra, it wouldn't surprise me if it's the same as the White tech, just different label.

Just checked their specs, Black Pro vs Black Ultra.

Black Pro C120

LO Phase Noise @ 10K Hz -80 dBc/Hz max.

Black Ultra

LO Phase Noise @ 10K Hz -90 dBc/Hz max.


So the Black Ultra is better performer in numbers, i would not surprise me if the Black Pro is just a black colored White Tech.

did you also test the single black ultra,is there much diffrents,in fringe singnals comparing the twin lnb?

still waiting for Black pro version i heard is not in the market as yet ...regarding the comment white tech being the same just different color ,,i realy doute it ,,because Inverto get lots of feed backs from ppl like us and they know how to target the market ,,i would say having 1 phisicaly would confirm its performance after a real test...regards

hopefuly inverto,makes also a flange version,we will see,what the future will bring,you also test the smw lnb on your dish?
xline has not so much gain,but more freqence stability,then the others,its difucult to say what lnb is better now.the best should be smw black dro but with 500€ a little bit to expensice

i have a Brand new Xline Dro type E from SMW,,but i never had time and chance to test it..on my holidays soon i may test it

if you mean difference between Dro and PLL??!! is simply the stability on high tempº and precision ,,as PLL uses quartz

Just did it myself on Black Ultra Single took me 30 minutes +-, using saw and lathe for wedding rings ;).
Flange taken from an old (grey) Invacom.

i installed now the mofify version
single lnb of inveto flange on gregory,the signal results is exatly the same then with the old white tech,i dont see any diffrence!
someone told me,that the twin lnb version of black ultra performed better then the single version?
true or not,i dont know!

Today I tried the white tech c120 single on a channel master matched feed horn on a 1.2 dish and the standard black line ultra single easily beat it (+5% strength and +9% quality).

on the white tech lnb,always after around a half year i have always the problem,that inside the lnb loocks fogging,this is very strange because from outside is protected by a thinn plastic around,and it not look damage,i think the problem could be,that some c120 lnbs,are not compatible 100% to each screqhole,to fit on lnb arm on gregory,but why it only happen on this lnb i dont know,on my white tech the first was gone on kathrein cas 180 dish complete no signal,the 2. one the lower v polarity stops working,now looking forward that my black ultra got a heat attack from the sun,we have 5 years warrenty thats the good part of the story!
