You can't find it here, as uploads of files containing key binaries are not allowed.

Search online for "Ipnosys009" without the quotes.
 
It isn't downloadable here, but a google seacrh with that name will bring up a download source. :)
 
I think the last release was Ipnosys010
 
You're right Mickha, indeed that's the one I'm using now. Much was expected of the ipnosys files for the Diablo 2 when they first appeared, but it's all gone rather quiet now.
