IPTV Monitoring System

I am in a Triple Play company. We have a Tandberg IPTV platform with over 170 channels (subscription and free to air) feeding into IP streamers and onto our network.
And we are using an inexpensive set top box (STB, e.g. Motorola 1710) which gives a composite video and stereo audio output.
So, I am looking for the IPTV monitoring tools to monitor our IPTV service. Anyone have experience with high quality equipments to do IPTV network monitoring?
I come with WITBE and BRIDGETECH? Anyone have comparison table between both?
Any other source with personal experience?

With all due respect, this is a hobbyists forum and it is unlikely such a question could be answered by our members, there are one or two professionals drop in occasionally but you may have to wait some time for a response
