This only works when the CAM is in irdeto mode and will only work with irdeto encrypted channels.

But to do it, you need to go into the CAM menu option 4 "Key Board", there are then several options for listing and entering keys.

Doesn't sound like a Freecam Kevin, the 901275 is a Eurocam part number see HERE it is the first one in the list.

Has the Samsung been patched?

Don't think there is Kevin, certainly not according to the guy on that site.

I don't know too much about the Samsung, but certainly some of the models can be patched to make a Eurocam act like a freecam.

There is no way to convert a Euro CAM to a FreeCAM. The hardware is different.
However, your Sammy can be patched so that its internal CAM acts as a universal (multi-encryption) CAM, suitable for using with 6-in-1 funcards and suchlike.

I'm way behind on the Sammy these days. Last time I looked into this (a few months ago) there was a patch which when applied to the receiver's firmware allowed a standard Irdeto Euro CAM to function as a multi-encryption CAM. As an alternative, there was also an emulator for the PC which allowed multi-encryption reception over a Season using the receiver's embedded CAM (not the CI slot).
Anyone else out there have better/more up-tro-date info than this?

Here are the step-by-step instructions for patching the original Samsung DSR9500. The patch can be applied using a small utility on a PC connected via serial cable. But a JTAG interface is required for the later "z" model which no longer allows upgrade of the firmware via serial cable.

Here's a patch
http://216.12.210.231/~satcity/DSR9500_5-1.zip

If you need to make a JTAG interface to program the receiver, you can find detailed instructions & photos here (though this one is in Swedish): http://freetv.host.sk/Samsung_9500_Jtag_Patch/samsung_jtag_guide.htm

Some other resources:

Here's a good Dutch site (only drawback - assuming you are not Dutch - is the language): http://www.satsupport.com/samsung/
You can get the patch there.

More info and downloads here too:
http://www.samsungstb.net/

And here, though you need to be a member her to download:
