This has probably been mentioned before, satellite dishes are banned in Iran so who exactly are these channels for and why they wasting money on satellite bandwidth?
Its a rule that is widely ignored, and even when the mullahs do have a crackdown the folk who have their dishes confiscated just go and get another one.
