Irish channels on a UK box subscription

Apologies if this is covered somewhere else in the forum..............
I'm in the UK and recently subscribed to Sky UK and have a Sky+HD box. Is it possible to view Irish channels on this box. I did have an Irish subscription and box until recently. I've cancelled the subscription in Ireland but still have the Irish viewing card. Is it possible to somehow cheat the system and use the Irish viewing card in the UK on the Uk box to view Irish channels?
 
Only if you reactivate the sub on the Irish card - you need an active Irish subscription to watch the Irish channels.
