I was thinking of getting a fixed dish on 30w, as I know TV Cabo was compromised a few years ago (+ I'm interested in the FTA Spanish stuff) - is this still the case?
 
TV Cabo upgraded their encryption to Nagra 3 and so is no longer currently available without a subscription or C/S.
