Is it possible to recieve these channels on 19e with any sort of Cam, Card, Box Update or Patch...

Yorin, Net5, SBS6, Veronica, RTL4, RTL5, TCM or BBC Prime?
 
tcm and bbc prime should be no problem with any patch or cam but the rest are not available at the moment.
 
No, those two are also part of the Canal Digitaal bouquet, i.e , unavailable without a valid subscription.
