yes I was able to access It many years till about month ago
I am also abonated to receive online discounts from a particular usa retalier and when I click on link from mail I get bad request

Could you change EU in your profile to your country so we can see if we know of a problem there? Or is there another reason for keeping it obscure perhaps?
