I have found the Twin and Quad to be significantly better than a single for Astra 2D on the 3.1M dishes we use here.
BUT....
The single performs better when using the same dish for Eurobird S1.
Here in Lanzarote we cannot get 2D and S1 on the 3.1M dish succesfully at the same time. We have to peak to one bird or the other. If we try and align best between the two then both usually suffer with signal problems.
I have both invacom single and quad, tested with 1.80 dish in west bulgaria, with invacom quad better works on astra2D/i found only vertical transponders/and horizontal transponders on high band but single invacom works better only on vertical transponders tested on 12.441V astra 19E but quad works better on vertical transponer on Sirius4 INVACOM QUAD is the winner
