Is there way to tell Viaccess2 ID?

I not come from Europe so is hard to know these things but..

With Viaccess1 I notice many ID start 00 XX XX or 01 XX XX
And Viaccess2 start 01 then 4X XX or higher say 5X XX or 6X XX

Is correct or am I miss something?

Actually I think sat service on Measat2 I try look at maybe is Viaccess2 even Lyngsat say Viaccess1.

This cause with examination CA EMM-PID 0500 and ID is 01 6C 00.
