Fact 1:

ITV recently acquired 16MHz of new transponder capacity from SES (about half a 33MHz bandwidth tp)

Fact 2:

Men & Motors has appeared on 12422H 27500 2/3 (tagged as 7560)

Conclusion:

The new ITV tp is tp 37 on Astra 2A south beam.

Please note - this is just educated guesswork, but comments welcome

This would not tally with the recent talk of ITV going FTA. Unless ITV4 is going to feature only their own production and they are not bothered about being able to sell the rights to those programmes in Europe. Not sure what other channels they could carry - maybe it will be for interactive services.

Half a tp is about 4 or 5 channels. Men & Motors, ITV News, shouldnt be a problem and I cant see many problems with ITV3, & ITV4 seeing as these carry / will carry golden oldies. These and a handful of interactive services would easily fill 16MHz of capacity.

In any case, its only a theory :)

That would be awesome because at present I can't get ITV2, 3 or MM here in Gran Canaria. I also think News channels by definition should be as global as possible.
I will be watching this tp with interest for test transmissions :D
