Just useful information especially when attempting to dissuade these morons from 2am bomb blast firework displays in September and October

We've already been 'treated' to two displays of pathetic fireworks from nearby houses o_O
 
I thought the recent rain would have put them off.

Unless outside the hours mentioned then they haven't broken the rules listed above.

Must be storing them in their own houses then if they can only be bought at those times thus invalidating their home insurance policies
 
It's already beyond the 15th October, so they have already stocked up for this year end, right through to Easter. :)

Yes but it has been a constant event ongoing since June/July around here, it is every year
