My Satellite Setup
Master Focus 90cm .Gigablue UHD Quad 4K on TM 2600 motor. *Tm 5402 HD M3, *Atemio Nemesis. *Not Used.
My Location
Southern England
My DM 8000 came back and its so fantastic. Amazing, they said no faults as no satellites scanned into box but when it came back it had 5 different sats stored. And..........it appears to be moving the dish.....wonder if they did change the tuner.........................? :)
 
It's not uncommon for them to do something but claim "nothing was found". Had the same with a TV. It was clearly not operating correctly, but when it returned after they did not find anything but still changed the main board it did work perfectly...

They were obviously just saving face. Glad you're up and running again.
