Thre inevitable +1 appears top be sid 10265 on 10906V 22000 5/6, although this one isnt decoding here.
 
So not a free channel then?
 
ITV Encore HD will be test 10000 on 10832H 22000 5/6.

Currently not decoding here, but the epg is up.
